Paint color matching Rollergames and Whirlwind

For touch ups I'd take a sample in. Paint fades and yellows over time. Maybe they can figure out that paint matching scanner thingy. Good luck.

Paint color matching Rollergames and Whirlwind

I mean you can kind of see where the color is going just from the code. A little shot a green, I big helping of blue. Some white to bring it up a tone and a squirt of magenta to give it some of that tone. The color is mostly blue. If they try to put more of something other than blue in the can...

Paint color matching Rollergames and Whirlwind

Yes semi. Durable enough but not so reflective you're going to see every flaw in the cab shining back and smiling at you.

Paint color matching Rollergames and Whirlwind

It's been a few. If the 3 clueless pumpkins weren't stuck behind the paint desk they'd be hiding like the rest of the staff. You know things aren't going to go well when there's two customers in the entire store and they are paging for someone to come help who never shows up. I didn't make the...

Paint color matching Rollergames and Whirlwind

It's exactly what Home Depot printed out on their label. Good thing I didn't need to match some more...

Paint color matching Rollergames and Whirlwind

If you were closer I'd hand you the 3/4 of the quart I have left over. The wife doesn't want me painting walls with it.

Paint color matching Rollergames and Whirlwind

    I had a can mixed up for Whirlwind using Behr Premium Plus Deep Base Ultimate Durability. The code reads. Colorant OZ 48 96 D Thalo Green 0 21 1 E Thalo Blue 1 42 1 KX White 0 19 1 V Magenta 0 12 0

    Halfdeck's Arcade Time Capsule

For best results you would use something to control games with you use normally with MAME to play games. You could use a console controller but if you seriously want to button mash you'd would be better with something like an X-Arcade, 8Bitdo or equivalent. It's a PCVR set up; goggles connected...

WTB IDC .156 Connectors both18 and 22 gauge

One tool you might consider adding is one of these wire insertion tools, especially if you are working with board and harness still in the machine. I find it helps. I think I got mine from Pinball Life years ago.

WTB IDC .156 Connectors both18 and 22 gauge

I placed an order like this for 22 and 18 gauge connectors (red 22 gauge and orange 18 gauge) with different pin counts and some plastic key plugs from Digikey's Canada site. It was just over a $100 order so shipping was free. I've used them since and they work fine.

WTB Looking for references on restoring a 1962 AMI juke box

Nice find Luch. The one's I did were Seeburg jukeboxes. I ordered parts from Victory Glass https://victoryglass.com/model/ami-continental-2/ and had to order some from Germany. Restoring them is a challenge. Most of the guys that have or had the knowledge to offer help are either very old or...

Trying to Document Old Arcade Locations

The one in Yorkdale Mall was immediately to the left of the entrance to Dominion grocery store. There was another one downstairs of the North York Sheridan Mall at Jane and Wilson next to the theatre. Late 70's there was a pinball parlor on south side of Weston Rd. east of Lawrence.

    Spooky Scoreboard - testers wanted

Neat. I don't have a Spooky game to participate. I've thought about hijacking the data written to store scores by using a NodeMCU mini wireless to parse the data, format it to JSON and send it to a scoreboard server. I've seen some previous work analyzing NVRAM where they were able to establish...
