For anyone at Pinfest - do not leave without trying this out. As far as I am concerned it's a jaw dropping achievement. I dont even know how to replace a fuse, and Marco magiked this out of thin air.
And it comes with a free frogurt. Which is not poisoned. But the toppings may contain Potasium...
I'm moving to a new house, so I'll finally have room to add a second game. I just wanted to see if anyone has any of the following for sale and might be looking to make room for a Harry Potter or Pokemon coming in?
Bond, Foo Fighters Prem, JJP GnR, John Wick, Kong, The Beatles, Pulp Fiction or...
Pinball Medics had a Seawitch in the Ottawa arcade that I think is now in the Pinball Museum in Alfred.
It played great, nice and fast - a fun game to play.
The Ottawa Pinball Arcade has just got a Toy Story 4 in if anyone wants to try this out. I thought it was much more fun than the mid-60s rating on Pinside. What a light show!
The Walking Dead Remastered has arrived too.
So did I! :p The two home editions and Bond 60th are the only IC-enabled games that I haven't managed to play on location somewhere. I was hoping it was enabled to "tick it off".
As I said, I was genuinely surprised that it seemed to have been set-up well enough to play a decent game on it...
The one in the Blair Rd Costco in Ottawa was still at the normal price last night. I've had a quick game on two visits now and been surprised at how well it plays for being a floor model at Costco (and it's been moved since my last visit) and how many decent shots are in it. I'd be very tempted...
Ottawa Pinball Arcade got their Pro in yesterday.
The general consensus of the players in for freeplay/tournament night seemed to be that most people were pleasantly surprised after reading the reviews/the basic fan layout/YASWM etc. Best of the Star Wars games for most people.
I've got no...
Based on games I've actually played and purely upon how much I want to hit the start button over and over again
Bond
Foo Fighters
John Wick
Kong
Beatles
Pulp Fiction
Twilight Zone
Addams Family
Monster Bash
Stargazer
1 down, 9 to go. :D
70s years of machines represented there. Really good opportunity for people to weigh up different eras, types and price points side by side to decide what the best entry point into the hobby is for them (or what niche they want to add to their collection).
Great idea. Hope it goes well.
I'd...
Isn't that just referring to buying a licence for the commerical version of paid channels. e.g. You cannot just play the home version of FUBO or DAZN to show the Champions League or NFL in your bar. You have to licence the commercial version which is significantly more expensive than the home...
I only play the one at Targ, and there are a couple of things that I assume are broken switches on that specific machine and not part of the new code.
1. Every plunge that drops into the crate starts a mode, whether you make the crate skill shot or not. That can't be right can it?
I'm assuming...
Not a particularly well loved or popular machine it seems, but I find myself playing it more than GZ, EHOH, D&D, UXM, JP, DP, Mando, SW, Jaws, Venom, GB, Mando, Kiss at the same location (mainly Pros)
King Kong has surpassed it though.
There is absolutely nothing special about John Wick's fan layout, code, mechs or art, but I find that I want to play it ahead of much more highly regarded Stern's (GZ, EHoH, Jaws, JP, DP, D&D).
There's something about the gameplay that makes me love that machine, but I can't put my finger on...
