A very very nice Twilight Zone for sale. Beautiful Black Powder coated Legs and side rails. No issues. Check out the list below. Lots of cool mods. Need to free up space so trades are not really what I am looking for right now. Local Pickup preferred.

--> $12,000 <--

Pros:

1. Playfield is perfect (no wear).
2. Game plays 100%. No errors.
3. Flippers are very strong.
4. Boards do not have any hacks.
5. Inside cabinet is very clean.
6. Shooter Lane is perfect.
7. Updated home code allows 6+ceramic ball play

Cons:

1. The Upper-Right Flipper Plastic (31-1765-12) has a hole melted in it. Actually shines the blue LED from under and looks cool so I never replaced it.
2. One side (LHS) has a slight faded main cabinet decal. The others are not faded.

Mods and other noteworthy things:

1. Element 13 Pyramid Power Mod
2. Clock Housing (Blue)
3. Updated LED Clock Opto board
4. New Motor Drive Replacement Board (A-16120)
5. TZ Piano Mod (gives the clock a more finished look)
6. Great Lakes Modular (GLM) mini-playfield switch kit
7. Pinbits Gumball Lighting kit
8. Colour Gumballs in gumball machine
9. Original Robby the Robot mod with LED lights
10. Cointaker back-box door lighting kit
11 Flippers were all rebuilt
12. New repro (Homepin) Fliptronics Board
13. New repro (Homepin) Flipper Opto Boards (Left & Right)
14. New rubbers. Some translucent some coloured
15. Rocket Kicker (bounce-out fix) post installed.
16. Battery holder installed off the MPU Board in the back-box.
17. All new Ribbon Cables
18. All LED’s (CoinTaker) – playfield, GI and Backbox
19. Cliffy’s installed on scoop and shooter lane. Pre-cautionary as there is no wear anywhere.
20. LED ring lights for pop bumpers
21. New leg adjusters.
22. Black Powder Coated legs and side rails.

Nice TZ!

The home code supports the 7 ball play, as you've mentioned, which is fun but also provides a ball save, which can be brutal and less fun without, just ask my better half why she hates TAF (no ball save). It also supports playing the wizard mode directly as well as 'pausing' gameplay, while in play, by holding a flipper and it's cradled ball. No need to drain the ball, when you need to drain... All neat and what the coder, Ted Estes, added while playing and coding from home back in the day.

Just to add to what dnaman said, the home software also supports the option to install a 3rd magnet in the right sprial - just like the original prototype. Not a mod for the faint of heart, but I did it on mine and absolutely loved that feature. It makes the machine really unique.

Absolutely but drilling into a playfield makes my knees shake. Also, LitZ with the extra ball is super cool.
