Well Joker Poker is out of the way, no time to rest now so might as well move on to Seawitch!

I think this is the fastest I've ever torn down a machine I think I had it to bare PF in about 1 1/2 hours

There are going to be a couple challenges.

Two of the metal lane guides have had their PF supports snapped off. It is the main reason for the wear on the pf the guide was allowed to scrape across the pf over and over.

I think I have a plan to fix it. I'm going to drill out the existing ones head to CDN Tire for some steel. Bend, cut and drill new brackets and then pop rivet them I'm place with my rivet press.

I'm hoping I can complete this shop by Monday so league can play it but that seems ambitious.

Funny thing, the game boots and plays but almost every light was out. I thought it must be a fuse or bad wire or something. Then I replaced a few bulbs and voila! Lamps work fine its just that 99% of them are dead :)

I've been told the upper right flipper sweeping the 4 bank drops is very satisfying. Good luck with the shop job Adam!

It's aluminium angle iron.

Cut off a few strips drilled them out a viola fixed the lane guides

Spent a bunch of time on this yesterday I've got it up and running and flipping.

Had to do one thing that I can only describe as the most OP hack I've ever done. :D

I wanted to rebuild all the flippers as the links were so badly mushroomed and some weren't even the correct stern links/pals. I had 3 spare, but this is 4 flipper game...

But I had a bunch of WMS DMD links....

The WMS DMD links are significantly larger than a classic Stern link, so I marked the length, clamped the shaft down in the vice and took my grinder and grind down the link till it was the size of a classic Stern and then took my metal file and beveled the edges :)

Worked out Great! Will also work for the short term till I buy some more links :p

You're on the way to becoming an artist of operator improvisation! Or chainsaw construction as I like to refer to it. ;)
