Bally Playboy Sound issue (with video)

Hello,

I have this Bally Playboy Pin and everything seems to works fine, I've updated the Mpu board with the Alltek one but for some reason the sound had always been an issue, If i turn the sustain up it sounds much better but hangs on every last note, when I turn the sustain down it pretty much just makes blips and bleeps rather then the actual game sound.

Any thoughts?
