Advice? Packing an MPU for shipping

My Gottlieb Rock is at the point where all I need to get it playing is to have my MPU repaired. I'll likely be sending it out to Quebec. Does anyone who's shipped a board have advice on how I should pack it?

Is overkill the best method? I'll definitely insure it for what a replacement Rotten Dog board would cost me. I'd hate to have it get back to me in worse shape due to poor packaging.

This is how this driver board was shipped (the crappy writing on the box is mine just so I know what's in it while it's on the shelf :p). There was a single layer of bubble wrap on the bottom of the box, then the board wrapped in thin foam and the board+foam was stuck in a bag. The bag might be a good idea just in case the box for some reason gets wet?
