I have an un-documented HUO 1975 Bally Flicker. This is an amazing condition for its age. I have owned this machine since 2019 and it was my first ever pinball machine. I learned a ton about how to repair / diagnose problems and did all of the maintenance and repairs / upgrades on this machine by myself. I have countless hours invested in this and playing the game, you will see it is above average for a 1975 EM machine. It is setup for freeplay and the coin slots were blanked out by one of the previous owners.
I am considering selling it to help fund the purchase of a Stern FF Pro.
Is there anyone around that would be intersted in something like this? This game works 100%. Every switch, every score reel, every relay, and every stepper unit works exactly as it should. I installed new rubbers a few years ago. This still has all incandescent bulbs installed as I prefer the original look on these older EM machines. Backglass is original and is a 9.5/10. Playfield has always been cleaned and waxed at regular intervals and the only wear on it is coming out of the saucer hole (3000 point) no Laurel's cheek (it is very minor). Flippers were fully rebuilt in 2020 and still work nice and strong. Includes the original schematic blueprint and owner's manual. Cabinet has some typical wear and tear but overall in amazing shape. The border of the backbox around the backglass was painted at one point in it's life a yellowish colour but seems to blend / go well with the theme of this machine.
Not looking to give it away but open to offers if there is someone seriously interested in buying to add to their collection. I am the third owner according to the history that I know about this machine. I would say this is in collector's condition for the age ot if. I will be taking some detailed photos this weekend to allow everyone to see the condition of course. Also, welcome to have you come over and take a look in person and try it out. Located West of Ottawa in Stittsville. It is currently in our basement but easily dismantled for transport. I would consider helping you move it and set it up if it wasn't too far from my house.
