I'd like to convert my Bally Evel Knievel to leds. I know I need to replace a board, is it the mpu or lamp driver board? Anyone have any instructions as to how to do the conversion? Is it just a matter of replacing the board and then swapping out all the lights for led's?

I have done my EK. I replaced the lamp board with a Ultimate Led/ lamp Driver Board from Alltek Systems.
Marco Pinball sales have them $120. Or maybe try Nitro and save duties.
That will allow the LEDs to work. Plug and play.
I replaced all the boards and EK has been bulletproof.

That's great, I didn't know any of these places existed. I do prefer to stay in Canada if possible so might go for Nitro. I guess I can use blinking led's as well, have you put any of these in? My Gottlieb Solar Ride game didn't need any board swap so I put led's in there with some blinking ones in the pop bumpers. It looks so good I thought I have to do it in my EK. I'm also looking for another pin that I can restore, if you happen to know of any good locations or links I'd appreciate it.

yes , call me , save duties and shipping costs. i carry all Leds and the siegecraft LED adapter kits. I have done many Evel machines.
