I ordered mine in the past from Great Plains Electronics (aka GPE for short) and stocked up here:

Instead of trying to stock all the different sized connectors like 3 pin, 4 pin, 6 pin etc... I suggest getting biggest which now looks like 14 pin and cut it down to the size you need and file it down smooth. The only downfall to this is you lose one slot each time you cut it down.

Otherwise you could always check out your local Sayal Electronics:

http://digikey.ca has lots of connectors too but you really need to know what you're looking for. Shipping is fast and the price is right, I think $8, if I'm not mistaken. GPE has things way better organized for pinball collectors though.

I went on digi key last night 20 bucks shipping for 10 bucks worth of parts
Wow, shipping has gone up big time then, I just went and checked my last invoice from them, it was February last year so it's been a bit but it was a $8 charge for $48 dollars in parts. Checked a number of orders I made in 2020 and they were all $8 too... sucks if it's up to $20.

That sucks and I would have stocked up on other common parts like bridge rectifiers, tip transistors, caps or more molex connectors for both sized connectors used in pins.

I just checked again because that $20 seemed like a huge jump, I added one component to my cart and checked shipping for me and it was $8.

Were you on the US site vs Canadian site perhaps? Or maybe it was oversized?

check out our site if you don't find something as we have the largest selection of connectors specifically for pinball and arcade games and it includes many obsolete ones you can't get anywhere else, plus we have many specifically made parts to match original that no one else has. ask if you can't find something as i am happy to help and i know a ton about these.
