Shipping to Canada

Use a shipping service like Shippsy. They give you a US address to deliver to, then bring it over the border so you can either pick it up or for a fee or remail it to you. Easy.
FYI @pinballjah can usually get u a discount link/coupon if you happen to use Shippsy.

I just picked up a pinball machine from Shippsy today. They have imported 5 machines and a bunch of other stuff for me. They are really weird in terms of info that they ask you for, but I never provide any of it and the shipments still clear no problem. My sense is that they kind of don't really know exactly what they are doing in regards to customs clearance, so I kind of have to explain it to them, but other than that, it is very convenient and affordable.

Yes- same as if you drove it over the border. No duty of you provide documentation showing it was made in USA (or if it’s under $150 I believe no documents needed) but you’ll have to pay tax.

Thanks for the post. If you use this link, it will save you $10CDN on your first order (I also get $10 credit). They can also forward your item to any address in Canada for a nominal fee once it arrives in Ontario. You get a free US address and ship the item there. Then they will bring it to a depot of your choice in Markham/Mississauga/London for $7CDN.
