$9700!

It pains me to sell it because this is one of the finest examples, and if/when Spooky releases more, they're likely going to be $9000-9500 USD.

What is your rational behind this assumption that spooky will release a slightly revised TNA 2.0 between 9-9.5k MSRP? Based on the price strategy of spooky it simply doesn’t make any sense…

I don't know this for a fact, but I do know someone that works in the industry, and this is who sort of put this idea in my head.

Then there are some other reasons that are just based on the direction that the hobby seems to be going:

1) Spooky mentioned many times that a Halloween/Ultraman would be under $10K. This is a threshold for Spooky, and one that they understand that they can currently graze, but not crack.

2) As a boutique company, doing a limited run, their costs will be significantly higher per game, and that premium will be passed onto the buyer.

3) Every other manufacturer has exponentially raised prices, and Spooky will not leave money on the table. They know they have a loyal fan base, so $8000 USD would be like giving games away for them.

4) Last but not least, we're all dummies. We'll buy games sight unseen, buy toppers for $1000, and accept games that are incomplete. We've made our bed, and Spooky knows that demand outweighs supply.

Just my two cents.

So, we are all dummies and should/will pay more?
What I'm suggesting is that we vote with our wallets, and presently, most of us on this hobby are throwing money at distributors for just about anything they release.

I cancelled my Ultraman preorder, and not planning to buy anything for awhile after Godzilla.

Prices are just beyond what I'm comfortable with.

Hahahahaha

Says the guy that literally is in this hobby to make money.

You have some serious nerve telling people that they're overcharging. You buy games for the sole purpose of flipping for profit. Why don't you try your hand at real estate and actually make some decent money.

I have my game currently at $9700. Look on Pinside and see that a game just sold for $8000 US which is $9700-9900 depending on where you do your exchanges.

You sold your game for 8500 which was way undervalued, and also the first time you didn't rip someone off.

You want to go through the prices of all the games you've recently sold and compare, because I can list you the games I've sold.

You're getting a kick trolling me, and that's fine. You're a single guy, living with your mom, so if this is your entertainment, have at it.

I'm so glad we have so many amazing people in this hobby, because you... you're one of the shit stains that ruins it.

Have a great day ;)
