Just to clarify - I imported the Elvira in June 2021 off Pinside. Once you add in the USD exchange, the freight and insurance costs in USD, as well as the taxes at the border - it got expensive.

I hope you get as much money as you can back, but with paying exchange and then duties (taxes) and then shipping, all together, they are deal breakers for me to ever buy from the US, since I think that transaction will cost 10% to 15% give or take. I f'n hate playing tax on a pinball machine... GLWS

Ya I agree I have imported one in the past and likely not gonna bother with a second one due to the loss I took on it. I wish you luck getting your price but you are gonna need to find someone what loves that game more than you at $14,500. I’m guessing a loss is your future like ever other pin imported. GLWS.

When the boarders open up I think there is opportunity to import if you're travelling to the US anyway. Saving the shipping portion of the import should leave you room to break even if you paid a fair price for it. I picked up a TWD on a trip to VFW and paid my exchange and taxes at the boarder on the fully declared price, I was able to break even on the game. If I tried to claim gas and milage as an expense that game owed me I'm sure I would have lost money but sometimes you've just got sunk costs on a game and you need to consider that the cost of ownership rather than trying to make all your money back on it. Not suggesting what I've written applies to the sale of this game, just expanding on the thought of importing games in general.

This game is awesome looking and apparently a great player too, haven't spent enough time on it myself but would love to one day. GLWS!
