Hey, guys and gals.

Just a quick tip....I kept getting balls stuck behind the cell phone on my new Dialed In. I was going crazy trying to figure out how to prevent this, then I remembered a product I used about 10 years ago called Sugra. It's a "moldable glue" that hardens in 24 hours.

I ordered some up from Amazon.ca ($16 a three pack) and put it in place last night. I've played several games today and, woo hoo!, no more stuck balls!

As I think this stuff is petro - based, it would probably be a really bad idea to put it anywhere on the playfield, but for areas like this that are made of metal or plastic, it seems to work great!

Let me know what you think.

Your plastic shield on the back of the cell phone isn't in the same place as mine is. I've played a ton of games on mine and never had
a ball get stuck in that location.

It's not so much where the ball was getting stuck as it is balls getting stuck in general and how this stuff works as a quick, easy hack. I am curious if your shield is the same or different than mine and how/where it's placed. Pic?

Never had a stuck ball when I had dialed in. Maybe it was a leveling thing?

Possibly the shield mentioned above, but funny I never had that problem.

Sugra is interesting too. Curious about other applications (non pinball)
