I would check the solder on the bridge rectifiers on the power/driver board perticularly the two under the silver heat sink BR1/BR2. I had a similar issue and replacing the BR2 was the solution. There is a hack that you can do to raise the 5v also but its best to get to the root of the problem.

And when you can't fix it and it drives you nuts.
Pop in this chip and all your worries fade away like they did on my whitewater.

Highly recommend this small board. I've installed it on all my widebody games.

Cheers,
Duane

I also endorse this fix from http://www.kahr.us/. I installed it on my TZ and it hasn't reset since. Granted, it's technically a hack but if it solves the dip in voltage reset issue, I'm ok with it!

FWIW, I've resolved a couple resets by re-pinning the J210 CPU connector & adjacent connector on the power driver board.

One way to test if this may resolve the problem is to measure voltage on the Power Driver and compare it to voltage on the CPU. Then re-seat the connectors and check the voltage again. If the reading changes then a connector re-pin may solve your problem. If not then look to the BR's as the problem.
