F-14 Tomcat

hello, im new to the pinball world at least to working on them played them my whole life any way i just was givin a F-14 Tomcat and it worked great for 2 games. then the display went out. so i bought one from K's Arcade. got it yesterday and the top 2 displays are all wierd looking amd the bottom 2 look like they should. what would cause this and the fix for this thanks in advance

I will post a pic or video as soon as I get the chance the next couple days I’m working 14 hr days so I won’t be for a few days. But about the issue I have I made sure the connections where all right on the display board and it kind of start working. Now there’s just a number or 2 not working on the upper 2 displays. I will post pic as soon as I can thanks for the help u have no idea how much I appreciate it
