Came up from a trade show in Chicago a few yrs ago. Bill Davis signed playfield in flawless condition. Other than a minor scratch on the back glass this game is nearly perfect. Hard to find in this kind of condition. $9500 Cdn firm. It's what I have in it. Located near London ON.

Don't laugh but I have next to no clue what all that means. My wife tells me it's some sort of file sharing app. I made a video and put it on YouTube. It's just a 'tour of the mansion', if you will, but I hope that shows what we're dealing with.
Note the clear ramps, the bear, the Thing box, Uncle Fester, flipper bats, LEDs, new coin door, and black powder coated legs and trim.
